How to delete your Kaiwish Technology account and request deletion of the personal data associated with it.
Delete your account in the app
If you have a Kaiwish Technology application installed, the fastest route is in-app:
- Open the Kaiwish application and sign in.
- Go to Settings or Profile.
- Select Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, or prefer to make the request in writing, email us:

Subject line: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- the mobile number or email address registered to your account;
- your full name as registered; and
- the name of the application you use.
Do not send us your password, PIN, one-time codes, or full identity-document images by email.
What happens after you request deletion
- Verification. We confirm your identity to make sure nobody else can delete your account. This usually takes a few business days.
- Account closure. Your account is closed and you lose access to its features and balance-holding services.
- Data deletion. We delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data associated with your account.
- Confirmation. We confirm completion to your registered contact details.
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Data we must retain
Some data cannot be deleted immediately, because financial-services regulation requires us and our partners to retain it. This typically includes:

Retained data is held securely, access-restricted, and used only for the legal purpose that requires its retention.
Partial deletion
Where the law or a legitimate business need allows, you may ask us to delete specific categories of data — for example, marketing-communication preferences or optional profile information — without closing your account. Email [email protected] with the details.
